Pay-as-you-go Web Maintenance
Web Maintenance whenever you need it:
Pay-as-you-go maintenance is charged at an hourly rate of 120 AED.
However, unlike most web development companies I only charge per quota (capped every 10 minutes). So for example if a project takes 10 minutes or less the cost would be 20 AED; 30 minutes would cost 60 AED, and a full hour 120 AED.
Web Maintenance: Monthly fixed plans:
Save money with my fixed monthly web maintenance plans. These plans are great for on-going content marketing campaigns. If you need regular updates to your existing website, then my fixed plans (based on pay-as-you-go “blocks” of hours) would be more economical.** Update old information, add new content and pages, save money right here if you need frequent updates.
1.Website Maintenance Plan: Limited 2 (Save 20 AED) 220 AED
Up to 2 hours of monthly support and website updates at a reduced rate of 110 AED p/h. This is for minor updates and fixes on the website and includes updating of graphics, text and code.
2.Website Maintenance Plan: Common 5 (Save 100 AED)500 AED
Up to 5 hours of monthly support and website updates at a reduced rate of 100 AED p/h. This is for minor updates and fixes on the website and includes updating of photos, graphics, text and code.
3.Website Maintenance Plan: Elite 10 (Save 300 AED)900 AED
Up to 10 hours of monthly support and website updates at a reduced rate of 90 AED p/h. This is for more frequent updates and fixes on the website and includes updating of photos, graphics, text, code and adding extra pages.
4.Website Maintenance Plan: Ultimate 40 (Save 1600 AED)3200 AED
Up to 40 hours of monthly support and website updates at a reduced rate of 80 AED p/h. This is for major updates and fixes on the website and includes updating of photos, graphics, text, code and adding extra pages. (Includes a free basic “Contact Us” form with Captcha security and 1 additional page for the form - valued at R200 if required)
Additional Services:
1.Adding additional pages to your site: 100 AED per page
2.Adding a basic “Contact Us” form to your site (includes Captcha security and 1 additional page for the form): 200 AED
3.Expanding the basic “Contact Us” form is charged at regular Pay-as-you-go prices (Basic form includes a name, email address, phone number and message box).
4.CSS Website optimization – makes the page smaller in size and loads subsequent pages faster – is charged at Pay-as-you-go prices.
5.Newsletters charged are charged at Pay-as-you-go rates for design. Sending newsletters are charged at 100 AED per 1000 subscribers (capped every 1000).
6.Advertisement design and photo editing are charged at Pay-as-you-go rates.
7.Social media sharing , subscriptions and social tracking – 100 AED setup fee once off.
Terms & Conditions:
I.User info required to access your website: User name, Password, FTP Details and an email address.
II.Monthly fixed plan options can only be used once a month unless upgrading to the next plan. Thereafter pay-as-you-go prices will take effect.
III.Monthly fixed plan options are capped at intervals of 10 minutes per project submitted.
IV.Monthly fixed plan options are to be paid in advance via bank transfer
V.Monthly fixed plan option duration: 30 Days (Commencing on the payment date. User and project info should be submitted at least 48 hours prior to payment)
VI.Pay-As-You-Go will be invoiced after completion of the project and payments should be made within 7 days.
VII.Extra pages on the monthly fixed plans are limited to 5 pages. Additional pages are charged at R100 per page.
VIII.Website hosting costs are not included in these prices, I currently only offer website management.
IX.Newsletter sending will require a list of valid subscribers and pop3 and smtp settings for your email address on your own domain.
X.Photo editing and add design photos must be original and owned or bought by you. Proof of purchase required if bought.
